With a background shaped by architectural

studies in Paris and Venice, Philippe Pras

brings a distinctly European sensibility to the

design and development of high-end residen-

tial and real estate projects. His international

experience combines architectural vision, proj-

ect development, and management, allowing

him to guide each project from the initial con-

cept through its strategic and technical coor-

dination.
